Our NEW activity is whitewater kayak trips with inflatable kayaks. This kayak is very friendly to navigate.
The bottom of the kayak is not totaly flat, it has a bit V shape, and that is the form, why it can give you the real whitewater kayaking feeling. You can lean the boat, and that is why you can do the whitewater kayaking maneuvers.
These are the characters, why we found the inflatable kayak very friendly for beginner kayak trips and we started to use them. And if you are advanced kayaker, but you are not 100 % shore you can run a more exciting section, you just sit in this forgivable kayak and have 100 % of fun.

Ones a beginner sit in a whitewater kayak and start to paddle, the boat will allways turn to one direction, but normally never there, where you would like to go! The first problem will be how to turn the kayak. The forward sweep stoke is used for turning the kayak.

With the forward stroke you can give speed for your kayak. Because the whitewater kayaks are designed to turn easiely and quickly, it is not easy to go straight only with forward strokes, and that couses problem for most of the beginners, their kayak always turn to one directrion, while they practis the forward stroke.
